1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Aura Meet application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Aura Meet is a free AI-powered meeting assistant for iPhone that provides real-time audio transcription, AI-generated insights, smart summaries, and a conversational AI copilot (Ask Aura). All transcription and AI processing runs entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence. The App requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence (iOS 26), and is available exclusively on the Apple App Store.

3. Free Service — No Accounts, No Payments

  • Aura Meet is free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, trials, or usage limits.
  • The App has no user accounts — you never sign up, and we hold no credentials or personal data about you.
  • All your data (meetings, transcripts, summaries) is stored only on your device and remains under your control.

4. Recording Consent — Your Responsibility

Laws on recording conversations vary by country and region; many require the consent of some or all participants. You are solely responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from meeting participants before recording or transcribing a conversation with the App, and for complying with all applicable recording and privacy laws. Aura Meet accepts no liability for your failure to do so.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Record conversations without the consent of all participants where required by law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent any technical limitations or access restrictions
  • Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its outputs

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by Aura Meet and protected by intellectual property laws. Your meeting transcriptions and data remain your property — and since they never leave your device, only you have access to them.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated summaries, insights, and copilot responses are produced on-device and provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Meet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. You are responsible for backing up any data you consider important, for example by using the App's export features.

10. Your Data and Stopping Use

You may stop using the App at any time. Because there are no accounts and no servers, deleting the App from your iPhone permanently removes all data it ever created. See aurameet.live/delete-account for details.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
