How do I start recording a meeting?
Open the app, tap the microphone button on the Home screen, and recording starts immediately. The transcription appears in real-time on screen.
Why isn't the transcription accurate?
Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality. For best results: speak clearly, minimize background noise, and keep the device close to the speaker. The AI model supports 99 languages.
How do I export my meeting notes?
Go to the History tab, open any meeting, and tap the share/export icon. You can export as PDF or Markdown format.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel or modify your plan.
How do I delete my account?
Visit our Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions, or go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Audio transcription happens on your device. Cloud-synced data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Read our full Privacy Policy.
