How do I start recording a meeting?
Open the app, tap the microphone button on the Home screen, and recording starts immediately. The transcription appears in real-time on screen.
Why isn't the transcription accurate?
Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality. For best results: speak clearly, minimize background noise, and keep your iPhone close to the speaker. Transcription runs entirely on-device with Apple's SpeechAnalyzer.
What device do I need?
Aura Meet requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence enabled (iOS 26). All transcription and AI processing runs on your iPhone, so a compatible device is essential.
How much does Aura Meet cost?
Aura Meet is free — forever. There are no subscriptions, no trials, and no limits on the number of meetings.
How do I export my meeting notes?
Go to the History tab, open any meeting, and tap the share/export icon. You can export as PDF, Markdown, or a calendar file (ICS), and share via the native iOS share sheet.
How do I delete my data?
All your data lives only on your iPhone — there are no accounts or servers. Delete individual meetings from the History tab, or delete the app to remove everything permanently.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Transcription and AI processing happen entirely on your device — your conversations never leave your iPhone. The only external service is optional, anonymous crash reporting, which never includes meeting content. Read our full Privacy Policy.
